- Artillery timer bug hotfix

- Fixed replication bug/logic where clients that joined mid-match were not aware of when cap points were last captured. Only "witnessed" captures were recorded on each client. This created a bug where commanders that joined mid-match would not see the correct artillery information, and regular players would not see "hold all flags" UI if all flags had been capped.
- Lowered soldier stamina regeneration when uninjured from 8 to 7 (vanilla Squad is 6)
- Exhausted soldiers will run slightly slower: 88% speed instead of 90%. Vanilla Squad is 69.2%.

- Fixed bug where NATO Australian machine gunner was missing a sidearm
- Fixed bug where "Uplink Armed" or "Uplink Defused" message didn't recognize your team correctly
- Reduced infantry ground friction from 4.0 to 3.75 to reduce ability to "serpentine run" to avoid being hit. Vanilla squad is 3.0. Running speed and sprint modifiers are still the same.

- Team selection page "More info" button pop-up now shows the same minimap as the one used in the in-game minimap (reduces texture memory)
- Added 3D UI widget for superweapons that says "DEFEND/DESTROY" with a timer
- Added 2D UI text announcements for when uplinks are armed or defused
- Fixed uplink 3d widget (aiming down sights would make it fully visible instead of hidden)
- Mutaha RAAS lane placement edits
- Added custom end round screen back (we thought this was causing a problem with map voting). This end screen will tell you if the HQ was destroyed (using the uplink), if it was more damaged after time ran out, or if the winning team won by capturing all the points.
- Replaced Canadian NATO soldiers with USMC (CAF and RU are visually the most similar so removing CAF may help cut down on friendly fire)

- Fixed issue where commanders could only build Logis that came pre-loaded with ammo.
- Cleaned up layer names to end in RTS-RAAS
- Added slight running "exhaustion penalty" (90% multiplier instead of 100% i.e. no penalty; vanilla is 69.2%) to encourage use of transports
- Bug fix for Commander UI soldier icons still showing after reference to soldier is missing

Reworked game mode so it's based on RAAS.
Each point captured increases your team's passive income
Hold each point for 10 minutes to get an artillery strike
Hold all points for 6 minutes to win the game automatically
Added topographic lines to all minimaps
Added Quad bike and Stryker MGS
Buffed all infantry stamina and speed
Fixed potential crash when certain NATO infantry are killed/suicide
Other bug fixes and 7.3 compatibility

- Decreased suicide respawn penalty from 60 seconds to 30 seconds
- Logi truck tires cannot be shot anymore
- Fixed bug where Logi trucks controlled by AI would remove deployables that it ran into, but not vehicle wrecks
