CAS Weapon changes:
Hydra-70 Rockets:
-Damage increased from 250 to 372.5 impact damage.

S5 Rockets:
-Damage increased from 223.432175 to 332.91392 impact damage.
-RPM increased from 460 to 1125
-Damage decreased from 60 to 24.615385
-RPM increased from 460 to 975
-Damage decreased from 60 to 28.402367

-Attempted sound fix for Opfor turret
-Added physmats to pine trees so branches don't absorb bullets
-Powerplant: Increased cost from 800 to 1250. Increased health from 900 to 1000. Increased power output from 100 to 150.
-Barracks: Increased cost from 600 to 800. Increased Health from 650 to 750. Decreased power drain from 20 to 15
-Warfactory: Increased cost from 1900 to 2500.
-Helipad: Decreased build time from 45 seconds to 30, Decreased power drain from 30 to 25
-Wall: Decreased cost from 100 to 50.
-MG Turret: Decreased cost from 1000 to 600, decreased build time from 45 to 35 seconds
-AT Turret: Decreased cost from 1900 to 1500.
(Based on balance of MG Turret, How many rounds it takes to destroy a tank vs how many hit points a turret has)
-UAV: Increased cooldown from 4 minutes to 5 minutes
-Artillery: Increased price from 3000 to 5000 construction, removed ammo cost, increased cooldown to 10 minutes. (Reasoning for 10 minutes increase is the lack of a Fog of War. No FOB is safe and expects an artillery barrage every 5 minutes.)
-Logi Trucks: Increased cost from 300 to 400
-Light scout vehicles: Increased cost from 500 to 700
-APC's: Increased cost from 800 to 1000, Increased build time from 18 to 20 seconds
-IFV's: Increased build time from 25 to 30 seconds
-MBT's Increased Cost from 2500 to 3000. Increased build time from 37.5 to 40 seconds.
(Hope is to add higher value to vehicles and prevent vehicle spam, and abandonment behavior from players)
-Transport/Logi Helicopter: Decreased price from 1700 to 1250. Decreased build time from 30 to 25 seconds.
-CAS Helicopters: Decreased price from 3200 to 2500. Increased build time from 37.5 to 40 seconds
-Decreased Light Scout vehicle price from 700 - 500 (Price gap and value does not justify 700)
-Changed sound fx to KORD HMG SFX
-Increased CAS rocket impact damage by .6%

-Fixed a bug where unloading resources from a Logi onto a radio would later cause a Resource Depot to start deleting resources from that radio while the Logi was collecting.
-Fixed bug that was causing MI8 CAS missiles to not appear
-Fixed bug that was causing artillery shell explosions to not appear
-Fixed replication issue with Resource Depot when a resource is depleted. Construction or ammo meshes should now reliably be hidden and set to NoCollision for server and all clients.
-Fixed issue where not all the ?ammo objects? disappeared when ammo was depleted and/or ammo objects disappearing when construction points were depleted.
-Set helipads to always show on center Resource Depot. Helipads no longer disappear when a resource is depleted.
-Fixed missing physics material for asphalt surface (for vehicle handling, impact sounds, etc)
-Added infantry role restrictions from vanilla (selecting a role within your Squad).
-Added vehicle role restrictions from vanilla (crewman requirements, etc)
-Added ?vehicle claiming? from vanilla.
-Added respawn timers from vanilla (but team switch respawn timer is still disabled).
-Disabled HQ healing/unbuilding through shoveling (animations will still play, unfortunately)
-Added navigation signage and better lighting to HQ interior
-Added simple collision to helipad to increase chance that wheels will detect floor when spawned
-More man-made structures added to map (civilian areas and military outpost)

-Fixed issue where switching helipad tabs was actually switching vehicle tabs (if possible)
-Fixed apparent issue where teams were limited to 10 vehicles. War Factory / Helipad would take money but spawn nothing.
-Various v2.15 compatibility fixes
-2.15 changed a material that affected our building construction "spark" effects very emissive. Adjusted effect material to be less emissive and look similar to before.

-Fix for bugged UAV/Artillery. There was an issue causing the UAV to be infinitely spawnable, and for the artillery counter to not tick.
-Fix for turrets shooting at the (0,0,0) point (i.e. the ground beneath the vehicle) of the BFV and Stryker
-Added sandbags deployables to HQ roof
-Increased "vehicle obstruction" zone for helipad to prevent a new helicopter from prematurely spawning under you and crashing both aircraft.
-Removed ammo cost for turrets. Increased AT turret health to 1750 from 1250.
-Increased AP turret health from 1000 to 1500.
-Increased MBT's cost from 2000 to 2500.
-Increased IFV's cost from 1000 to 1500,
-Increased APC's cost from 700 to 800,
-Increased Light Scouts from 300 to 500, balanced build time to be 15 seconds. (Humvee was 11 and Tigr 15)
-Decreased logi cost from 500 to 300.

-Added anti-tank turrets to both sides

-Transport helicopters can collect resources
-Center resource depot is larger and has helipads (helps prevent destroying your rotors when landing near the shipping containers)
-Commander camera starts facing north
-Increased wall size 1.6x, improvements to wall placement (before, it did not rotate around the exact center so when you rotated the wall 180, it would be in a slightly different position)
-Building placement snap size cut in half for more precise building placement (5 meters to 2.5 meters)
-More map changes to break line of sight to bases
-Added large ponderosa pines to map to provide more cover
