Adding Destroyed state for boat.

Sounds
- The current boat sounds have been replaced with actual boat sounds.
- Wheel moving sounds in 1pp has been removed
Additions
- One barrel slot has been added to the boat to increase the cargo space for transportation
- The speed config and turning config of the boat have been moved over to the client-side so future boats can have their own set speeds and turn angle.
