Range increased from 7km, to 15km
Tracking Delay increased from 60 units, to 200 units
Kinetic-Kill Heavy-Armor Resistence changed from 25%, to 45% (Better damage, by 20% against Heavy Armor)
Kinetic-Kill Direct Damage Increased from 3500 (\100, to get plate count), to 7500
Standard Load Explosive Damage Raised, from 12500 to 22500 units (/100, to get plate count)
