+ Added "Hygiene effects" - system that will apply penalties to untreated wounds, based on amount of dirt and blood per particular body part (18 total). This includes also dirt and blood on clothing.
+ Replaced "Damage effects" with "Infection effects". Each infected body part applies constant penalty (virus and regular infections, counted separately).
+ "Not-infected" status clears antibodies levels on every update (to play nicer with other cure-related mods).
+ Added proper ENG translations for options screen, and (hopefully) better descriptions.
+ Added copy from/to clipboard buttons for options screen (for easier config sharing/tweaking/migrations).
+ Previously saved settings are moved to ~/Zomboid/Lua/antibodies_options.bk.ini, and current config is replaced with vanilla settings, because of new mechanics.
+ Minor balance tweaks related to new mechanics.
