Allows Ancient Titan Starlight Custodian to use automated maintenance systems.

Fixed a bug where the ancient knowledge cost for building ancient buildings was missing a decimal point.
Fixed a bug that would cause the death of the fleet commander when the ancient titan Lisht of Lonelystar switches weapons.
When the Ancient Titan Vacuous Guardian has an automatic maintenance system and the number exceeds 1, this subsystem cannot be removed.

Update for Stellaris 3.10.*
The number of docks in the Vacuous Fortress will automatically change according to difficulty, and there is no need to manually build expansion shipyards.
The Vacuous Fortress's shipyards can be opened and closed via special ship action.
