* Removed Elitism and Pluralism ethic scale
* Added new Machine God Ascension perk for Machines and Machine Cult. This is an end game ascension perk allows you to instigate machine rebellions and vassalize them.

* Balance changes for Machine Cult

Fixes:
* Lots of fixes that I forgot to write down. In short lots of minor bugs and issues from prev release has been fixed.

0.11.0 Machine Cults

Updated Machine Cults
Machine Cult is now an origin instead of a civic.

* Mecha-Monastary is replaced by Mecha-Temples which can be upgrade 2 times in stronger versions. It has a limit of 3 per planet.
This building is an upgraded version of temple that provides the Tech priest job. This job is an upgrade priest which provide reduces robot upkeep, increased robot production and assembles robots.

Death Machine Cult
By using the Death Cult civic together with the Machine Cult Origin you will have a new Death Machine Cult civilization.
Instead of Tech Priest you will get the Dark Tech Priest variation which is an upgraded Death Priest with the same added modifiers as the Tech Priest.

* Slave Race now is an Origin instead of a civic
* Evolutionary Architects now is an Origin instead of a civic
* New origin: Workers Revolution
* Globalism can now build the Interstellar Trade Center building that provide a Trade Coordinator job that will give more bonuses the more population you have on your planet
* Peaceful Traders now add the new Trader job on Commercial Complex. Also changed modifiers providing a buff to this civic
* Added Technology: Industrial Biotechnology - Allows to construct Bio-Processing Plants, which provide Biotechnologist Jobs to convert food into some Energy, Consumer Goods and Alloys.
* Added Civic: Circular Economy - Increased Manufacturing Efficiency and starts with the Industrial Biotechnology tech.
* Added Civic: Defenders of Nature a military environmentalist civic with new Ranger job on certain blockers
* Added Civic: Naval Traditions providing military navy boosts
