* The Machine-God demands more followers, even if we have to use force! Claiming other systems is only allowed during defensive wars or against Gestalt Consciousness empires.
Unlocks the Conversion Casus Belli on all empires with differing Ethics.

    Elitist Snobs are an Elitism society led by a select few. They believe that there is a natural order to things, that some are destined to rule and enjoy life, while the many toil for these select, privileged few. They are happy to engage with their fellow superiors, but will scorn the company and attention of their inferiors.

Imperial Incentive (NEW)
* Unlike a traditional society with a strict hierarchical structure, the Ruler(s) of this Empire gives an incentive to lower classes to join the military. This incentive offers some hope for those of low status to have a slightly better life. They are rewarded by gaining titles, the promise of free land and loot from conquered enemies, forgiveness for wrongdoings, or improved conditions or even freedom from slavery. This causes much of the lower class to feel they have a stake in the Empire's wars of conquest.
