- Succeeding in this war as Bolivia will trigger another event that presents the Confederation with a number of different challenges to face, such as unruly subjects, instability and angry neighbors. Only by overcoming these problems can the Confederation be fully united.
- Securing the loyalty of North and South Peru by decreasing their Liberty Desire triggers events that grants cores on their territories, speeding up integration.

- Fixed some issues with Government Reforms that arose after the 1.34.4 update.

- In history, Kabul will go on to unite these three states and eventually turn into Afghanistan proper in 1926.
- Added decision "Form Emirate of Afghanistan", available to the three Afghan states mentioned before if they can unite the region. This decision does not form the tag of Afghanistan, but it does change the country's name to "Afghanistan".
- Added decision "Form Kingdom of Afghanistan", available to whichever nation presses the latter decision, this one does change the country's tag to Afghanistan. The decisions are formatted like this to reflect the historical flag-change that happened between the "Emirate" and "Kingdom" phases of the country.

Decisions:
- Added Prussian decision to colonize southern Namibia.
- Added British decision to "develop" the Falkland Islands, which makes the Falklands a releasable nation.
- Added triggers to several British formable ET nations to prevent them being formed by end-game tags.
- Certain "Unify Region/Culture" decisions have been changed to annex subject nations via a new event, rather than an effect. This gives player nations a say in whether or not they wish to be annexed while (for example) Prussia is forming Germany. AI nations will never refuse this event.

History:
- Added African American culture to several provinces in 1836.
- Added the Trans-Siberian Railway to history after 1916.
