v1.4 Animation Update

- Added animated moving parts to most production blocks

- Fixed incorrect build-stage models for Auto-Loom

- Fixed Nanoassembler placement point not being centered

- Removed custom collisions from Trasport Container build stages as they were not updating correctly - all stages now use full block collisions

- Added Small Transport Crate - 3x3 small-grid basic container

Updated for game version 1.198

- Recipes for new weapons added to Assembler list

- Recipes for new ammo added to Munitions Factory list

- Semi-Auto Pistol is now Basic Pistol; meant as a starter weapon, uses ammo made from Gravel

- Build costs tweaked for Embrasure and Passage Light

- Hinge component costs brought into line with other rotors

- Light Turret now uses Light Turret Ammo
