Updated to be compatible with United UMC and 1.12.*
Fixed a bunch of states
Re-added RK Amerika with John Smith as leader because it's removal was a travesty of justice
Added some custom triggers for forming (some of) the RKs so a list of requirements does not take up the full screen

Add decisions and events to decide the fate of Britain, the United States and Japan
Fixed some bugs
Split Iberia into separate RKs which can later be united
New Flags
Probably some other stuff

Oh yeah also don't expect to be able to do all the Germanisation focuses if you form the RKs because I removed the exceptions to make it compatible with UMC Early Access
