FIXED : Some vehicles were stuck in ground in 'Ground Attack 1'

FIXED : Enemy tanks in 'Ambush' should appear faster (if their AI feels like that is)

CHNGD : In 'Ambush' all old say commands have replaced with kbTell ones
FIXED : In 'Ambush' two tanks are now coming to Houdan (hopefully). Second is a bit late and you probably won't see it because you're on the run already
FIXED : In 'Rat Hole' the Return to base waypoint is activated properly now. And the whole mission has converted from OFP sources again
