- Added experimental Plane Turbulence (enable via CBA settings)
- Set CBA settings to be per-player, so one can fly without turbulence and one with. Unless the CBA setting is forced by the mission.
- Added turbulence to VTOLs (even when Planes is off)
- Changed surface area approximation to cylindrical
- Significantly reduced max gust length during calm weather
- Reduced default gust strength (min and max)
- Reduced default max values for gust strength in CBA settings.
