Added:
- option to have a tribal start without any technologies.

Fixed:
- inability to start another crashlanding scenario without restarting the game.

Changed:
- Animal pens module will have a heater crashing with them (for a chance of survival at sea ice as tribal).
- Food container module will have either a fridge (if RimFridge mod is used), or a cooler crashing with them.
- Resources cargo container module will always have 25-50 wood crashing with them, on top of the resources it would have otherwise.
- Default interval between crashing ship modules slightly increased.
- Default damage to pawns during a crashlanding event decreased a bit.
- Minor mod setting menu changes (items were reordered, added rounding of numeric values)
- Changed number of random crashing ship parts to be from 12 to 20 (used to be between 10 and 20)
- Ship reactor and batteries modules will always crash.
- Limited max amount of each type of ship module (limit depends on module type). Crashing modules should be more diverse now (you won't be getting 5 crypto sleep modules anymore)
