- Added a Tactical Pulse decision to all Halo Rings. This new decision will activate a low-level pulse that will fire the array within the system only.

- The Tactical Pulse decision will cost less and have a lower cooldown than the full halo activation.

- Modified the Halo Pulse particle effect to emit from the Halo Ring itself instead of the star. Other systems will still have the effect from the star.

- Slightly increased the cost and time to fire a Halo Ring.

- Fixed an issue where the civic Prometheans Warriors didn't give the Protector of the Ecumene leader trait to your starting ruler.

- Added the Forerunner Warrior-Servant Keep to the Prometheans Warriors civic start.

- Added two Forerunner exclusive jobs to the Forerunner Warrior-Servant Keep building:

1. Promethean Warrior-Servant Commander (Ruler job) - Provides defense armies, naval cap, amenities, stability, and unity.
2. Warrior-Servant (Specialist job) - Provides defense armies, naval cap, and unity.

- The Forerunner Warrior-Servant Keep now provides 2 Warrior-Servant jobs and 1 Promethean Commander job instead of 5 soldier jobs.

- Updated Promethean portrait pops to account for having different jobs.

- Updated Shield World Sentinel Districts to require volatile motes and upkeep.

-Fixed an issue with the halo effect not killing Prethoryn Scourge ships as intended.

Halo Effect Changes:

All space fauna and leviathans that are not mechanical in origin will now be destroyed by the halo effect.

Exceptions:
- Mining Drones
- Automated Dreadnought
- Scavenger Bot
- Enigmatic Cache
- Enigmatic Fortress
- Technosphere
