- Updated all Contender AI portraits and added the regulator sentinel portrait to the roster.
- Added new technology research for all Forerunner-type empires: Contender-class Ancilla which unlocks Contender AI Admirals with powerful fleet modifiers. Requires a synthetic admiral with the sentinel trait.
- Added two new system start initializers for shield worlds without the use of an origin.

- Updated the forerunner namelists up to the standards set from the recent Stellaris update.
- Altered the weight modifiers for the Halo Activation Index technology to more likely appear when controlling a halo ring.
- The Halo Ring Activation Index tech has been changed to physics tier V tech.

- The Halo Effect will not destroy orbital stations or ships if the target is a machine empire or synthetic.
