MAJOR UPDATE

Changes:

1) Updated to the latest version of the mod (Took forever because, uh, reasons)
2) Major balance changes to the war
3) I forget the little things for I do not currently have my whiteboard of which was full of War in the Heavens related notes and is what I usually consult for this. Whoops

Changes:

1.) Minor economic impact changes for things such as militias

2.) Lowered passive economic growth

1.) Added the needed backstory events between the Celestia/Luna thestral discussion and the civil war launching.

2.) More EQS rebalance, now takes into account surrender progress and bases militia spawning upon that after a few months.

Bugfixen/Changen:

1) Militias are once again locked

2) Existing militias can be unlocked and edited/deleted with further militias spawning on a new template.

Bugfixen/Changen:

1) Moar localizations

2) Religion event bugfixen, text shows up on their options properly now (Curse you text/name difference in naming conventions)

3) Militias now temporarily give religious fervor, used to be no continuous way to get it and right now with the religion system not fully utilized there should be ~some~ way of getting it up.

Bugfixen/Changes

1) Added a missing {, fixed religion events. Still missing localization.

2) Sunhorse buff reworks. When Sunhorse fires, Sunhorse fires hard now.

Bugfixen/Changes:

1) Quality militia branch now works. I did big dumb and missed the fact I was manually loading OOBs (Division template) and the focuses didn't load them, therefore there was nothing to spawn when not manually loading them.

2) Minor monthly checking performance upgrade, some old code was still left using an if tree without if_else because I didn't realize it was if_else and not if else.

3) Redid some of the EQS/Solar buffs to fit better, less buffs before becoming solar then get big buffs for a few months after becoming solar, then pull back some and give continuous light buffs.

New Content:

1) Basics of Religion system introduced. Missing a lot of localizations at the moment because I literally just finished it up and I've got a lot of schooling to do tomorrow and I wanted to put this up because the militia bugfix is actually kinda a big deal.
