-Updated to latest version.
-The Here Be Dragons origin dragon now has the same stats as Shard and the Ether Drake.
-All large dragons now have 250 food upkeep; the Ether Scile has 125; L-Drakes have 100 energy upkeep; HBD Baby Dragons have 25 food upkeep.
-The HBD dragon and Shard now get the same aura as the Ether Drake and the Ether Scile, respectively.
-HDB Baby Dragons now have 8000 base armor with a 2x innate mult, 12000 hull with a 2x innate mult, 0.001 innate hull regen, 0.0005 innate armor regen, and 2x innate weapons damage mult.
-Removed Enigmatic Fortress respawning with full complement after powering up; for some reason the positioning didn't work the last time I checked and I think the fortress "rage" buff should be enough.
-Removed Voidspawn turning fleets mad; it was too buggy and didn't feel great anyways.
-Stellarite eating a star no longer changes it to a black hole; instead, reduce its size to 1.
-The Stellarite can now destroy Contingency Worlds if somehow it's left alone for long enough to eat the local star.
-Fixed the Dreadnought auto-generating a design from the start, and allowing players to create a design without actually owning it.
-Upgrading the Dreadnought should now take 900 days to upgrade instead of upgrading immediately.
--Also shows the cost of the upgrade, so no more wondering "why is this saying it can upgrade but only ever waits at a shipyard?"

-Hivers have the stat randomizer moved into the country rather than each individual hive.

-Updated to 3.0.3

-When arriving at a Pulsar, the Spectral Wraith is allowed to give it the Pulse Germination effect if it doesn't already have one.
--After 5 years, the Pulse Germination effect ends and a new Wraith of the same color is born. These "mini-Wraiths" are considerably weaker than their originator and cannot enact the Pulse Germination effect themselves.

-Added a stat randomizer to most Leviathans.
--Affected Leviathans will spawn with a -20/-10/0/10/20% boost to their hull, shields, armor, fire rate, and weapons damage.
--This should make fighting affected Leviathans much less predictable without adding insane mechanics (like the rest of the mod) or making them have unreasonable variance in stats.
--This does not affect Leviathans given as a reward, the Ether Drakeling for example, nor Leviathans spawned in files not already affected by this mod, aka the Distant Stars ones. At least not yet.

--Class F stars are now properly accounted as viable food for the Stellarite Devourer.

-Upped the range of Hiver Strike Craft, as it being so low seemed to be causing problems. Also reduced attack cooldown to 1.25 seconds.

-Every 20 years after its discovery (and arrival at a new feast), the Stellarite Devourer will consume the star it's decided to eat, destroying the system in its entirety and causing a chain reaction in any other stars in the system. It will then move on to a new star.
--Each time this happens, it gains 25% hull, 60k non-regenerating shields, 20 static hull regen, and 10% weapons damage permanently and 0.5% hull and shield regen over the next 20 days.
--The planets in such systems are permanently marred with the Low Temperature debuff, unless the Stellarite decides to roam through this system again for some reason.
--The time for consumption varies between star classes, with Class M Giants having the most time and Class Ts having the least.
--The Stellarite Devourer can choose to pass up stars in favor of something else;
---It will always eat Class M stars.
---It has an 80% chance to eat Class M Giant, Class K, and Class G star.
---It has a 60% chance to eat Class B or Class A stars.
---It has a 40% chance to eat Class T or Class F stars.
---It will never eat Black Holes, Neutron Stars, and Pulsars and in fact will avoid Binary/Trinary systems with Pulsars in them.
--Numerous changes to Stellarite events to ensure this works.
--The Stellarite will return to the system its feasting on about 2 years after it's hunted down someone that angered it, unless someone else angered it or the foolish prey decided to try to fight again.

-Stellarite now spawns instantly when its spawning event pops up, rather than when the empire that discovers it tries to exit the event.

-Halved Hive Asteroid Hull and Armor regeneration speed.

-Fixed a bunch of errors resulting in ship-based innate modifiers being in the wrong slot, thus making intended changes much weaker than normal;
--Ether Dragons/Drakes now properly boost their weapon damage and fire rate.
--Enclave stations now properly boost their fire rate.
--Dimensional Horror now properly boosts its weapon damage.
--Automated Dreadnought now properly boosts its weapon and hull damage.
--Wraiths now properly boost their shield pen, weapon damage, and fire rate.

-This mod now touches ALL leviathans;
----The Tiyanki Matriarch has an innate 400% boost to armor, a 50% innate fire rate boost, and 5 extra evasion now.

---L-Drakes now have 1/2 the stats and innate boosts the Ether Drakeling has and don't come with its unique aura. However, no changes have been made to its upkeep.

---The Voidspawn now has a system-wide aura that reduces enemy ships speed by 66% and their accuracy by 33%. Additionally, upon entering the system some fleets may go mad;
----Civilian (Science, Constructor, Colony, Mining/Observation/Research stations) always go mad. Military and Transport fleets will always go mad if they have no leader or the leader is below level 3. Colossi and similar ships, Military/Transport fleets with a leader above level 5, Military stations, and Starbases never go mad.
-----Level 3 has a 60% chance to turn, level 4 has a 40% chance to turn, level 5 has a 20% chance to turn.
----Mad fleets will protect the Voidspawn from any inbound attackers.
----I've done my best to ensure most unique event-spawned ships/fleets won't go mad, as well as fleets led by a Chosen leader or belonging to a Leviathan country or space fauna country. However, it's possible some slipped through the cracks, and it's very likely I'll need to account for other mods in the future.

---The Scavenger Bot acquires 0.05 daily hull regen, 0.08 daily armor regen, 0.03 daily shield regen, 1% weapon damage, 0.1% fire rate, 0.025% accuracy, 275 hull, 150 armor, and 100 shields for each ship it destroys.

-Updated to 3.0
--Hiver Strike Craft gain 1 more fighter, reduced launch time to as fast as possible, reduced max damage by 1, reduced attack range to point blank, reduced health by 40, and gain 15% evasion.
--Removed War in Heaven editing.
--Reduced the hull, armor, and damage multipliers on the Ether Drake by 2. Reduced the fire rate multiplier by 6. Halved the hull and armor regeneration speed.
---Similar changes were made to the Ether Drakeling.
----It also now has a 750 minerals upkeep and 500 energy upkeep.
----It also can't have its fleet power surveyed anymore.
---Shard is now affected by these changes, though her multipliers are reduced by another 2.
----Shard also now has the Ether Dragon aura now.
--Actually reduced the armor damage reduction the Ether Drake (and Drakeling) Aura provided by 25% from the last update.
--Stellarite Devourer now has 15000 more shields and 20000 more hull.
--The Infinity Sphere now has 30000 more hull and 100% more attack range.
--Reduced the inherit hull damage bonus multiplier the Automated Dreadnought has by 2.
---Also it's reactor components generate an extra 250/500/750/1000/1500/2250 power per level.
---Also Fixed being able to choose an inferior section type for it.
--The Enigmatic Fortress' defense platforms no longer disable themselves.
---Rather, they now respawn whenever the Enigmatic Fortress repowers.
--Removed a bunch of misc changes and fixes to the enclaves that seem to now be fixed, thank you Paradox!
---The Trader enclaves giving governors to homicidals is still a problem we fix, though.
--Edited the localisation some.

-Updated to 2.8.1
-No longer overwrites several files that didn't really need it.
-The Automated Dreadnought now has access to several "improved" versions of certain components.
-The Automated Dreadnought now auto-generates a design.
-Fixed a bug where the Automated Dreadnought couldn't be equipped with a reactor.
-The Automated Dreadnought can no longer equip Carrier combat computers.
-Reduced the hull and armor of the Ether Drake and Ether Drakeling by 20%.
-Reduced the armor damage reduction of the Ether Drake and Ether Drakeling by 25%.
