Initial changes:
-Hive strike craft gain 0.25 regen (from 0), -1 cooldown (from 4), 2 max damage (from 4), 180 attack range ((not range for their weapons btw(?)) from 120), 60% tracking (from 0), 10 armor (from 50), 10% evasion (from 40), 420 speed (from 300), -100% shield damage (from 200%(?)), and 34% armor pen (from 66).
-Hive Asteroids gain 20000 armor (from 10000), 10000 hull (from 20000), 3% hull regen (from 0), 1.5% armor regen (from 0), and 100% extra weapon range. (These are the changes from Dangerous Crystalline Asteroids btw)
-FP/DS/DE empires can no longer hire governors from the Traders.
-Asking the Curators if you can destroy a specific Leviathan no longer is a yes/no/maybe. Instead, it's a idk with some tips for that specific one.
-The Automated Dreadnought can be captured infinitely.
-AI can capture the Dreadnought now.
-Shifted Dreadnought Power modifier to the Dreadnought itself. Restored versions get this modifier too.
-Dreadnought Power modifier now also gives a -100% chance for emergency FTL to trigger.
-Dreadnought disabled event gets slightly different description if it is captured after the first time.
-You cannot Merge or Disband the Dreadnought.
-You can now create designs for the Automated Dreadnought. To upgrade, you need a Megashipyard, Titanic Construction Yard, or Colossal Construction Yard.
-Enigmatic Fortress country gets 400% increase to armor, shields, and hull.
-Enigmatic Fortress country gets a 100% boost in weapons damage, fire rate, and range upon reactivation for 3 months.
-Ether Drake gains a 1000% boost to weapons damage, fire rate, hull, and armor.
-Ether Drakeling gains 140000 hull and 100000 armor. It also gains a 500% boost to weapons damage, fire rate, hull, and armor.
-Both the Ether Drake and the Ether Drakeling regenerate 0.002% of their hull and 0.001% of their armor daily.
-Can no longer disband the Ether Drakeling.
-Ether Drake has a unique aura that nullifies shield/armor penetration for enemy ships in its range, as well as reducing armor damage by 75% and hull damage by 25%. Ether Drakeling also gets this aura, though it also affects allied ships. These auras are system-wide.
-Dreadnought gains 500% passive hull damage, 100% passive armor damage, and 100% hull, shield, and armor. It also gains 40000 hull and 20000 armor. (No extra shields because it has a base innate 400% shield bonus.)
-Wraiths ignore 60% of shields passively, and gain an aura that reduces the accuracy of enemy ships by 20% and their tracking by 10% within 240 units. They also gain 400% armor, shields, and 200% weapons damage and fire rate.
-Stellarite gains 25000 shields.
-Dimensional Horror gets an aura that reduces evasion by 50%. Also gains 50% weapon range, 25% weapon damage, and 33% hull, armor, and shields.
-League of Non-Aligned Powers cannot be made from a country or federation in an active war. Similarly, potential members cannot join while in an active war.
-Includes some bugfixes to curator leviathan options. (Thanks, Ariphaos!)
