AI Bombardiers can no longer use Incendiary Charge or Siege Explosive.

The Haste Xpatch has been removed from the mod. Most custom classes now use a new, unique hediff to provide Haste. The Shadow's Shadow Strike ability has had its Haste duration reverted back to its vanilla value of 5 seconds. Weapons that provide the vanilla Haste buff should now function properly with this mod.

The Arbormancer's Elemental Origin now summons more elementals, and costs slightly more. It now costs only 2 points to learn this ability.

Tooltip fixes and various small balance changes.

Railbreaker's Inferno Breaker now costs only 2 points to level.
Railbreaker's Blast Shield now grants scaling inflammability, granting complete inflammability at max rank.

Various minor skill balancing changes. Clarified some unclear tooltip text.

Several of Bombardier's explosive abilities start with lower explosive radii at early ranks, scaling back up at max rank.
Bombardier's Mini Bomb ability now costs only 1 point to level.
Bombardier's Ignition Charge now properly sets the affected area on fire.

Support Specialist's Dragon's Breath Shells ability now properly sets the affected area on fire.

Pridestalker's Target Practice costs more mana and summons slightly fewer Poppi at max rank.

Plaguedoctor's Callous Surgery now inflicts significantly less faction decay when used on non-colonist pawns.

Bladedancer has received a new learnable cantrip.

Incinerate now requires line of sight. It now instead resets upon overkilling the target.

Backup Grenade's cooldown has been increased, and its damage has been slightly reduced.
EMP Grenade's cooldown has been increased.

The Starseeker's Obliterate ability now directly targets enemies. Its mana cost and cast time have been reduced, and it recharges instantly if it overkills a foe.

Saboteur's C-45 Explosives ability has had its casting range and radius reduced, and it tosses fewer bombs.
Their Sticky Bombs ability has had its casting range reduced, while their casting radius has been increased slightly. The explosive radius and damage of each bomb has been increased.

The Samurai has a new learnable cantrip ability, Temperance.

General bugfixes and a few balance changes.

Commander's Diplomatic Negotiations now has a reduced effect, but also costs fewer points to level.

Saboteur's C-45 Explosives ability has had its cooldown increased. The explosive radii of their abilities has been slightly reduced. The damage of Sticky Bombs has been increased slightly.

Gadgeteer's Mysterious Amulet has had its cooldown increased. Their Haywire Snowmaker has been increased in cost and cooldown, with a slightly increased effect radius at lower levels and decreased radius at max level. Their Biotech Brambles ability now has a lower effect radius at lower ranks.

Taser's cooldown has been increased.

Atronach has had the cost of several of its abilities reduced.
