Ninja has received a rework. They have gained four new abilities, and several of their old abilities have been removed. Any existing Ninjas will need to have both their Magic and Might tabs reset through devmode. In addition, they no longer utilize Blood Magic -- any existing Ninjas will have an extraneous Blood Magic bar. To remove this, go into devmode, and select Remove Hediff from the dev menu. Remove the Blood Magic hediff, and the Blood Magic bar will go away.

Scrapper's Left Hook and Uppercut have been removed. Instead, these abilities have been condensed into Jab, which has received a damage increase and lowered cooldown. Any existing Scrappers will need to be reset to receive the new ability set.

Red Mage's resource costs have been slightly tweaked, in order to make casting abilities with exact amounts of stamina/mana more forgiving. This mainly affects casting Explosion when overcapping mana with Channeling.

Martial Training's cooldown has been increased to 40 seconds. Its cast time has been reduced.

Gadgeteer's Scan, Scrapper's Crushing Blow, and Hawkeye's Needling Shot now additionally apply a reduced armor debuff.

Red Mage's Dispel and Cleric's Greater Dispel abilities have been reduced in cost at all ranks.

Cleric's Sap now properly displays a projectile. It now additionally has a chance to deal minor area damage.
Cleric's Protect can now be autocasted.

Four new cantrips have been added to the game.

Vengeance - A last-resort ability for fighters that grants large stat boosts and stamina regeneration for a short time, but the pawn will go unconscious for several hours after the effect ends.

Effulgence - A last-resort ability for mages that instantly cleanses any built-up Arcane Weakness or Mana Sickness, as well as greatly increasing casting speed and mana regeneration for a short time, but the pawn will go unconscious for several hours after the effect ends.

Chromatic Flash - A Chroma Mage-only spell that buffs an ally with stealth, superspeed, and increased energy regeneration for a short time.

Shield Stance - A Gladiator-only skill that has the pawn enter a defensive stance, gaining increased armor values but reduced aim and movement speed for a short time.

Two new cantrips have been added to the game: Magic Training and Martial Training. These are autocastable abilities learned through scrolls that are very cheap to craft, designed to expend resources for experience with less micromanagement than manually casting skills.

Scion's Ascended Stance now gives smaller direct stat buffs at all ranks and lasts for a slightly shorter time. It grants a much greater regeneration effect while it is active.
Scion's Qilin, Turtle, Phoenix, and Dragon Stance abilities now only require 2 points to level-up, down from 3.
Turtle Stance now slows the Scion for less at all ranks.

Scrapper's Haymaker can now be used to target locations as well as pawns.

Keeper's Essence Channeling and Energy Channeling abilities have had their abilities renamed, and they have also received new skill icons.
Summoner's Aspect Channeling has been renamed, and it has received a new skill icon.

Starseeker and Aspirant have had a few abilities slightly reduced in cost to level up.
Starseeker's Daydream and Strike A Pose abilities now grant slightly more mana regeneration.

Saboteur's Flashbang radius has been slightly reduced at all ranks.

Bombardier's Clearing Charge has been slightly increased in cooldown.

Chroma Mage's class-up item and trait now explicitly mention that the class caps out at level 30.

Fixed a bug where certain ranks of Atronach's Overload spell had a larger explosion radius than intended.
