Bugfix to martial offset. The maintenance reduction was at x10 intended value. This drastically penalized low-martial rulers while rendering armies nearly free for high-martial.

Changed cultural conversion to proceed faster if there is high cultural acceptance. It's easier to convert cultures that feel you are less alien to them.

Reverted changes to archer terrain advantages, after a pm discussion talking about ideal terrain for various types of combat.

Made children die in childbirth more often, before they are created as a character.
