* New building - Hotel: +1 Tourism from each Wonder. If its city is Tall, it also gains +2 Tourism from each Building in its Entertainment Complex or Water Park. If it has an Airport, its Tourism output is increased by 10% towards civilizations in the Modern Era.
* New Building - Trade School: Adds a Citizen Slot to its Industrial Zone, and increases the Production its Citizen Slots yield by 1. If this city is Tall, it also gets +10% Production towards Districts, Buildings, and Wonders.

* Major change to how Tall projects work: Instead of putting a penalty on buildings in other cities, they put a big percentage penalty on cities without Retinue Quarters:
- Switch to Tall Science: 1.5 Science per citizen in the College city, -50% Science in cities without Retinue Quarters.
- Switch to Tall Culture: 1.5 Culture per citizen in the Ministry city, -50% Culture in cities without Retinue Quarters.
- Switch to Tall Faith: 1.5 Faith per citizen in the Grand Temple city, -40% Faith in cities without Retinue Quarters.
- Switch to Tall Economy: +3 Trade Route capacity and 1.5 Gold per citizen in the Treasury city, but cities without Retinue Quarters yield -40% Gold and provide no extra Trade Routes from Markets or Lighthouses.
- Advance Tall Science: +50% Science in the College City, -25% Science in cities without Retinue Quarters.
- Advance Tall Science: +50% Culture in the Ministry City, -25% Culture in cities without Retinue Quarters.
- Advance Tall Faith: +30% Faith in the Ministry City, -20% Faith in cities without Retinue Quarters.
- Advance Tall Economy: +3 Trade Route capacity and +30% Gold in the Treasury City, -20% Gold in cities without Retinue Quarters.
* The Grand Temple and its project now unlock earlier: at Theology instead of Divine Right.
* The Royal Recruitment policy now unlocks earlier: at Political Philosophy instead of Civil Service.

* Having this mod enabled now reduces the Faith that Khmer get from population by half. (Too powerful with all of the tall tools added.)

* Ministry of Culture now just has 2 slots of Writing and 3 slots of Art, without theming.
The Monument approach worked for works of Writing, but it still deleted stuff from Secret Societies and Heroes mode. Whoops.

* National Broadcast center now has 1 slot of Writing and 3 slots of Music.
This is to make up for the culture lost by not being able to theme the art in the Ministry of Culture.

* Ministry of Culture: Now provides its 2 Writing Slots to the Monument instead of the Amphitheater. Having it boost the Amphitheater resulted in a bug where upon completion, all existing works of writing were deleted from the Amphitheater.
(I have no idea why this happens.)

* Major overhaul - Each of the eight buildings now has a corresponding project. Completing this project is necessary to get the tall bonuses, but they are much bigger. Also, Retinue Quarters are now built automatically upon converting a city to being tall.
