Sights of Iron

Added Ballista [Irons]
A scope-less variant of the Ballista available under the "Assault" tab. It may be harder to line up those long range shots, but it more than makes up for it with faster bolting and reloading.

Some Animation Tweaks
Hopefully fixed the problems involving reloading while scoped/scoping. I figured out that I should have been using interruption sources this whole time![/spoilers][/i]
