This update removes the slight power increase to Flock of Doom and Purple Sun.

Flock of Doom now reduces -45 accuracy.

Aspect of the Dreadknight now also freezes vigour, and had its duration reduced.

Cuse of Years now has damage further diminished, with interval more spread out. Now drains 12% vigour while it lasts. Duration raises 1 second.

Enfeebling Foe now drains 8% vigour while it lasts.
