- Fixed raids disappearing due to tribute
- Added missing description for Sweden's leader
- Fixed Bormann's "Execute" button being available prematurely
- Star Wars will now correctly be filmed in the seventies
- The SAW tree will load up properly for the NPP now
- Communist Vietnam will now leave the Sphere instead of going full pan-asian dream
- Far East collapse states will no longer keep their old trees
- Japan will no longer transform into China if Long Yun wins
- "New French President" world events now actually fire
- Bormann's Oil Crisis tree will now correctly replace all of his older trees
- Removed the outdated SAW decision category for Bormann and Speer, both now only have the newest one
- Fixed 1970 CV CAS research date
- Tukhachevsky can no longer diplomatically unify with Batov
- Fixed some Russian unification events that missed loc
- Fixed an issue where one Russian regional could try to diplomatically unify with another that was preparing for war
- Fixed an issue with [GetOtherRegionalName] scripted loc
- Russian regional decision categories should disappear properly now
- Fixed a loc encoding issue

Balance Changes:
- Removed or decreased certain stability penalties for Iberia
- Far East warlords have more starting manpower

Quality of Life Improvements:
- Made the Zollverein and Parliament GUIs movable
- Moved Tomsk duma interactions to decisions for easier access

Other Changes:
- Restored the Pakistani Independence world event and implemented loc for it
- Added Brittany to the Country Select Screen

- Tweaked fuel costs of factories and changed tooltip to specify that buildings consume fuel, not refineries
- Gave the Yunnan AI more time to fullfill their goals

Quality of Life Improvements:
- Added tooltips to explain Russian unification requirements
- Made raiding code a little bit cleaner
- Added tooltips explaining the Duma Mechanics

Other Changes:
- Raiding now costs Command Power rather than Political Power
- Added world events for Mexico's elections
- Custom difficulties added for several different countries
- Added non-MTG navies for the US and Japan, Germany coming soon

- Japan's first tree takes slight longer to complete and the final focus now has its proper tooltip
- Order 44 won't be happening as much anymore

OFN:
- Added in loc for the pulling out of Africa event
- A shrimp boat is now much less likely to cause WW3
- Fixed the math on the pulling out of Africa decision
- Added in a missing icon for RFK
- Lowered ICW discontent gain
