  • Rewritten MedPods and VetPods to use custom WorkGivers, JobGivers and JobDrivers
    • Pawns will now more consistently prioritize searching for MedPods by distance, followed by rest effectiveness
    • Colonists will now prioritize rescuing animals to VetPods instead of tending on the spot or rescuing to other animal beds
  • MedPods will now always treat Food Poisoning and Toxic Buildup hediffs
  • MedPods will now clear any mental states / breaks present in the patient
  • Updated compatibility patches
    • Added patch for Callistan Robotics
  • Updated translations
    • Added translations for new jobs to all supported languages
    • Added Korean (machine-translated via Google Translate)
Note: All future updates will be exclusively for RimWorld 1.3 onwards. The 1.2 version is only included to help players migrate their saves.

    • VetPod - veterinary version of the MedPod, for treating pets and other small domesticated animals
    • VetPod Mega - larger VetPod variant for treating livestock and megafauna, but can also treat smaller animals

  • Rebalanced stats, crafting costs and power consumption for all MedPods
