* Ambush/overwatch reset removed from additional item actions (planting EMPs, shock traps, etc)
* OMNI Mainframe: Incognita can no longer be transferred, except directly to Central. If necessary, Central's 8th item is dropped upon entering the mission to make space. (in addition to Sim Constructor ignoring inventory limits when granting plot items)
* Laser beams disable themselves for both the dragging and dragged units when the dragging unit is an ally (symmetric with how it handles the dragged unit being an ally). Additionally, player-controlled laser beams re-enable themselves after allies have passed through (as corp-controlled laser beams do).
* Holoprojector sound no longer immediately alerts guards that wouldn't be able to see the projector due to walls.

Fix compatiblity issue when upgrading from v1.2.x to v1.3.x
(Monst3r final door fix was breaking the mainframe lock in upgraded saves)
It should be safe to upgrade from v1.3.0/v1.3.1 to this version in the middle of the final mission.
