The workshop decided to rename the entire thing back to "Underwater Guns" so I have to update the structure in file. Now it should work. For sure. (inb4 murphy's law)

Fixed Potential bug coming with updating this list of files in previous update

Makes Bullet Collision Less glitchy due to me not using hitscans. Lowered force of bullet for bolt actions from 100 to less than 40. And fixed elastin not being an item requirement but a skill requirement. Also no more elastin from deconstruct since it's an one time use glue.
