This was removed because there where so many decisions that
it may overwhelm a lot of people and it makes going trough decisions
a huge hassle, of course if you wanted the mod to stay in V+
you can have it on independently because it is 100% compatible
with V+ like most mods are.

Changes were made to the national character foreign territory control
- nerfed bonus and changed the penalty.

This update made it so that the following nations start with Light Infantry in their
colonial divisions, France, Britain, Portugal, Italy and Belgium, This makes sure
the AI uses Light Division Units to their advantage in Africa.

Also fixed Localisation bug where Light Infantry
where named Light_Infantry due to no Localisation being made.

Changes made to France
These changes allow Italy to be able to
expand east and it also allows Austria-Hungary
to expand into YUG and ROM, This is also historically
accurate and Paradox only added these guarantees
nerf Austria-Hungary and Italy, At least that is what
I and others on Reddit believe.
