Signed the mod. Due to the issues on some servers and DZSA launcher the un-signed mod wasn't handled properly. So, now it is required to be installed on both the server and the clients.

- The mod is server-side now. Therefore, it's not signed and there's no *.bikey file.
- Added compatibility for Airdrop-Upgraded.
- Removed the setting "Zone_Life_Time" from PVEZ config. Now the lifespan of the zone is tied to the lifespan of the airdrop container object. Zone will be active as long as container exist in the game world.
