HOTFIX (08/18/2020)
WARNING! I Have not been able to test with Expansion as currently even with a FRESH Expansion install with NO OTHER MODS installed, Expansion is not working, REGAURDLESS of my mod. PLEASE REPORT ALL FINDINGS!

Added server config for the follwoing options
Enabled debug logs
Enable/Disable fueling at pumps and Large Tanks with ladders
Added custom part arrays for Truck, Car, Air, and Boat (Air and Boat wrecks still to come)
KNOWN issues: disabled fuel pumps still give client option to fuel, howerver action is cancled.

TODO (COMING SOON!):
Add custom wrecks, including boars and air crafts.

UPDATE ADDITION: added the HMMV, V3S, URAL, UAZ, and small red car
TAKE NOTE: the URAL and V3S sometimes dont find loot as they are just a tad too large for the search radius
