Changed the option "SETA" to just give U 1, since it can not be used up.
Updated the option "All Cargo" on stations to maxed out from 1 million to 1 billion per item, the station will error when the total items on a station gets to 2.39 billion, be careful not to build a station that has 2.39 billion total storage space. like with this mod: 100m Universal Storage + 100K Habitat can get U to that point.
