Weapons Testing v0.3

Content:
12 Federation weapons: 2 Reskins (type 2 and type 3 phaser) and 10 entirely new weapons

These have been closely modelled on equivalent weapon classes in game and been priced in a similar fashion to Juvia's phasers in Star Trek Races.

Hot Fix v0.25

Version 0.2 had an error in the latest XML file, Hot Fix v0.25 has resolved this and the helmets should now appear as normal and error messages have been resolved.

Changes:
Hazard Suits Descriptions revised.
Armour values increased for Blunt, Sharp and Heat to 1.00 from 0.80.
uiIconScale increased to 1.4.
skillRequirements Crafting level 7 now required.

equippedStatOffsets alphabetised for ease of reference.
Removed some stat buffs to the suit that we better placed on the helmets or didn't fit with Elite Force Lore:
CookingSpeed, BuckerySpeed, MedicalSurgerySuccessChance, MedicalTendQuality, MedicalOperationSpeed, ShootingAccuracyPawn
Neerfed some buffs to the suit given that it's not a completely sealed environment without the helmet:
ToxicSensitivity decreased to 0.30 from 1.00 (the helmet provides the remaining 0.70).
Enhanced some buffs to the suit as its designed to increase mobility:
MoveSpeed increase to 2.00 from 1.50. MeleeDodgeChance increased to 0.55 from 0.25.
