Added Herder and Hunter traders

Herder:
Each herder caravan will randomly be specialized in one or (more rarely) two kinds of farm animals. Besides having larger than usual amounts of this animal in stock, they also sell the leathers and animal products related to these animals. If any of the chosen animals lays eggs, the trader may have some fertilized eggs in stock. They can also have apparel made from the leather and/or wool of the chosen animals. They also have some herbal medicine, pemmican, hay and kibble in stock.

Hunter:
Hunter caravans have some combat animals in stock. They also have hunting equipment (see TraderGen mod compatibility patches for the hunting specialization) in stock, with a higher quality level than normal. They also have random meat and leather of animals above a certain wildness level to represent their prey. They may sell a single animal trophy (elephant tusks or thrumbo horns from vanilla, trophies from Biomes! Prehistoric, etc). They also have herbal medicine, pemmican and kibble in stock.

- Incorporated the Moonlight mod and the Nocturnal Animals mod. Nighttime is cooler now, and animals can have different sleep patterns!
