The mod now works properly if you do not own the New Frontier Pass content!

To avoid confusion, I have deleted the Legacy Version from the workshop.

Ability changes:

BUG FIXES:
- Mali: Fixed issue causing free heavy cavalry unit to proc twice.
- Mapuche: Mountain adjacency for Industrial Zones will now work properly.

NEW CONTENT:
- Added Gran Colombia, including 9 new Libertadores.
- Added Maya.

CHANGED ABILITIES:
- Hungary: Removed Commercial Hub from River adjacency bonus.
- Indonesia: Removed bonus yields from Water tiles adjacent to a Luxury or Bonus. Instead, Water tiles adjacent to a land tile receive +1 Food and +1 Gold.
- Japan: Removed Water adjacency bonus from Commercial Hubs and Harbors.
- Netherlands: Removed Government Plaza and building production bonus.
- Nubia: Removed free Builder from cities with a Monument. Instead, +100% Production towards Builders.
- Scythia: Removed the yield modifier bonus for Camps and Pastures to adjacent tiles. Instead, Camps and Pastures provide +1 Food and +1 Production. Changed +1 Food from flat Grassland and Plains to +1 Gold.
- Scotland: Removed early War of Liberation.

OTHER:
- Egypt: Added Maize to Cleopatra’s ability improving Rice and Wheat.

BUG FIXES:
- America: Home continent Housing bonus now works properly.
- India: Chandragupta will now properly receive Trade Route capacity from the Government Plaza and its buildings.
- Kongo: Slightly reworked ability to avoid edge case issue when Capital is lost (see below).
- Maori: Properly applied the Great Works of Writing slots to the Marae.

CHANGED ABILITIES:
- China: +1 Population, +1 Housing, and +1 Amenities no longer come from Golden Ages. Instead, they come from unlocking a new Government tier.
- England: Removed +2 Trade Route capacity and free Melee unit for settling on a new continent. Instead, +1 Trade Route capacity from each improved Strategic resource and Industrial Zones trigger a Culture Bomb. Royal Navy Dockyard: no longer grants a free naval unit. Instead, grants +2 Great Admiral points and grants a Major adjacency bonus to Industrial Zones.
- Greece: Removed +1 of each yield from Mountains adjacent to a Wonder. Instead, tiles adjacent to a Wonder provide +1 Science, +1 Culture, and +1 Gold.
- Indonesia: Water tiles now receive bonus yields from adjacent Luxury or Bonus resources, rather than +1 of every yield if adjacent to a Luxury. Removed the water adjacency bonus for Harbors and the production bonus towards Water Park buildings. Instead, +100% Production towards Harbors (and Water Parks).
- Khmer: Total rework similar to Sukritact’s excellent new Khmer rework, including the new Baray district. Thank you, Sukritact!
- Kongo: Receive a free Relic upon constructing a Temple for the first time, not just in the Capital
- Mongolia: Removed +1 of each yield from Pastures. Instead, strategic resources and adjacent tiles receive +2 Production and +1 Science.
- Phoenicia: Added +2 Trade Route capacity for settling on a new continent. Cothon: Removed Trade Route capacity bonus for +4 adjacency. Instead, grants a free naval unit and +1 Great Merchant point.

MISCELLANEOUS:
- Added German translation from Stevie.

BUG FIXES:
- Fixed text bug causing text changes for the Vizier Governor and Nobel Prize to not appear in-game.
- Fixed bug causing portions of Australia's leader ability to not trigger.
- GLOBAL: Fixed bugs causing AI to misuse projects, Great Scientists, and Great Prophets. This necessitated changing multiple abilities (see below).

CHANGED ABILITIES:
- Australia: Changed +15% production to projects while at peace to +15% production to buildings while at peace.
- Germany: Removed bonus from Production and Loyalty bonus from Military policies. Instead, Encampments provide +2 Housing and +2 Faith and Encampment buildings provide double production and +2 Loyalty.
- India: Removed bonus yields from Economic policies. Instead, Workshops provide +3 Culture and +3 Food.
- Macedon: Removed free Builders from Great Generals. Instead, receive a free Builder with each Encampment building.
- Ottomans: Reworked civ ability.
- Scotland: Removed +1 Amenity and +1 Housing from each Wildcard policy. Instead, founding or conquering a city on a Hill grants a random Inspiration. +1 Amenity and +1 Housing to all cities upon unlocking the Divine Right civic.
- Sweden: Reworked entire civ ability.

Fixed bug causing an issue with Russia's ability to purchase districts with Faith.

BUG FIXES:
- America: Torres del Paine will now properly provide double bonuses.
- Arabia: Holy Site will no longer get the ‘adjacent to Holy Site’ bonus Amenity and Housing.
- Australia: Updated text will now properly appear in-game.
- Aztec: Yield bonuses from adjacent Lakes now properly apply.
- India: Correctly removed the old “+5 Faith from other civilizations” ability from Gandhi.
- Japan: Fixed bug causing only 1 Samurai to appear in the model.
- Macedon: Updated text will now properly appear in-game.
- Maori: Reefs will now properly receive the Production bonus. +3 Envoys now properly granted after settling the Capital, not before.

CHANGED ABILITIES:
- America: No longer has the “+1 Favor from Wildcard slots” bonus. Instead, cities founded on the home continent gain +2 Housing, and America begins the game with +1 Governor Title.
- Arabia: Changed Trade Route bonus from Holy Sites with high adjacency to Pantheons and Religious Beliefs.
- England: Removed Strategic resource yield bonus, replaced with Strategic resource bonuses for Trade Routes. Removed +15% Gold and Production on foreign continents, and replaced with +50% Production from Industrial Zones and bonus Housing. Restored the vanilla ability of +2 charges to Military Engineers.
- France: No longer gets Amenities from Wonders or Great Work slots for the Palace. Instead, Wonders give +2 Envoys and Theater Squares provide Science in cities with a Wonder.
- Greece: The Acropolis no longer gains +100 Production to its buildings if adjacent to a Wonder. Instead, it generates +1 Influence point for each adjacent Wonder.
- India: Removed Faith and Housing from specialty districts with high adjacencies. Instead the first specialty district in each city will give +2 Housing and +3 Faith.
- Japan: Removed City Center adjacency for each water tile for a flat bonus (like all other similar abilities were changed last update).
- Korea: Removed bonus yields from tiles adjacent to Wonders. Replaced with Governor Titles + Trade Route capacity from recruiting Great Prophets or Great Scientists.
- Macedon: Completely reworked civ ability, leader ability, and unique building.
- Mali: Added +1 Era Score for completed Trade Routes.
- Mongolia: Support units will now get the same movement bonus as siege units.
- Nubia: Added “Begin the game with the Mining technology unlocked.” Removed the City Center bonus yields. Instead, cities gain a free Builder upon building a Monument, and may use Faith to purchase buildings in the first specialty district constructed. For the Funerary Pyramid, increased +1 Food from adjacent Aqueducts or Dams to +2 Food.
- Persia: Removed Trader plunder immunity. Added bonuses from unlocking different Government tiers (civilization ability). Completely reworked leader ability.
- Russia: Removed Amenities/Loyalty/Housing for Settling on Tundra or Snow. Instead, added that the Faith and Production from Tundra/Snow doubles for City Centers, and earn a free builder and upon acquiring the first snow or tundra tile.
- Scotland: Units will now receive the experience bonus if adjacent to friendly territory, not just inside of it.

MISCELLANEOUS:
- Reworded Brazil’s ability for accuracy. +1 Appeal from Rainforest, instead of “Neighborhoods receive 1 Housing for each adjacent Rainforest.”
- The unit bonuses from the abilities of America, Inca, Macedon, Mapuche, Mongolia, Persia, and Scotland will now appear on unit portrait windows as abilities.
- Aztec’s Lake bonus will now apply to Natural Wonder lakes.
- New global effect: Huey Teocalli’s Lake bonus will now apply to Natural Wonder lakes.
