- Added a new early game Economic policy ("Harvest Calendar") to prevent soft-locking errors when using certain Secret Society abilities with certain leaders. This policy is just the Food equivalent of Urban Planning.

UPDATED ABILITIES
- America: For Bull Moose Teddy: Removed +25% Great People points in cities with a Natural Wonder. Added Reefs to the Science features and Marsh to the Culture features. Added +1 Appeal from Marshes.
- Arabia: Removed Great Prophet guarantee. Instead, +100% Great Prophet points, and a receive an Inspiration each time another civ recruits a Great prophet.
- Ethiopia: Completely reworked civ ability. For Menelik, removed the discount for purchasing Hills tiles. Instead, purchasing units, districts, and buildings cost 20% less. Removed +1 Production adjacency from all resources from Rock-Hewn Church; instead, yields depend on the type of adjacent resource.

- Fixed bug where base game Teddy did not get the Combat Strength bonus.
- Fixed bug causing Ethiopia to not get the Food bonus from trade routes.
- Fixed bug causing full Ethiopia updated text to not appear for Rock-Hewn Church.

UPDATED ABILITIES
- America: For the CIV UA: restored +5 Combat Strength bonus to Teddy, switched Great People Points bonus on home continent to an Amenities bonus, and added that units ignore terrain costs when outside of America’s borders.
- China: Removed ability to build Great Wall outside of territory in order to prevent exploit.
- Eleanor: Increased the Great Music slots from +1 to +2.
- France: For default Catherine, removed doubled yields from City-State tributaries. Instead, +2 Trade Route capacity from Cultural City-State tributaries.
- India: Removed Holy Sites providing Food and Production equal to their Faith adjacency bonus. Instead, cities receive Food and Production equal to 15% of their Faith. Increased Amenities and Housing bonus from +1 to +2. For Gandhi, changed +3 Culture and +3 Food from Workshops into +2 Faith, Culture, and Food. Also for Gandhi, removed “buy all buildings with Faith.” Instead, can buy the first building in each specialty district with Faith.
- Norway: Restored “naval units can heal in neutral territory” and “units ignore the movement costs of embarking and disembarking” abilities to Harald Hardrada.

BUG FIXES
- Fixed bug causing Afonso I’s Agenda tooltip to say “Jadwiga”.
- Fixed bug causing Scythia’s Burial Mound to not grant adjacent tiles Gold.

COMPATIBILITY
- Improved compatibility with other mods by making DELETE statements from the TraitModifiers table more specific.

BUG FIXES:
- Sweden: Fixed issue causing Great People to not provide Favor.

CHANGED ABILITIES:
- Brazil: For Street Carnival/Copacabana, changed Major Food adjacency from Luxuries into a Standard Culture adjacency.
- Egypt: For Egypt, removed +1 Food and +1 Production from Wonders and Districts adjacent to a River. Instead, Rivers provide a standard adjacency bonus to districts. For Cleopatra, removed extra yields from Farmed Bonus resources in cities with a Water Mill.
- Inca: Resources adjacent to a Mountain now provide double their yield modifier instead of +2 Gold and +1 Production.
- India: Removed Production from Shrines and Temples. Instead, Holy Sites provide Production equal to their Faith adjacency bonus.
- Mali: Trade Route yield bonus only comes from flat Desert terrain now instead of all.
- Maya: Venus Observations project can now only be completed once and gives 3 Eurekeas.
- Phoenicia: Removed Trade Route yield bonuses per Water tile. Instead, Trade Routes gain the bonus yields based on distance traveled.
- Spain: Removed Great Prophet point from Traders on Water. Removed Traders embarking early. Instead, Traders are immune to plunder while on Water tiles.
- Sumer: Removed “Cities founded on Rivers gain +1 Science.” Added +1 Gold from resources adjacent to a River.

MISCELLANEOUS:
- Removed translated text and updated text so that it now shows across all languages. Once the mod's content is finalized (after the New Frontier Pass is completed), I will accept translations again.
