Mini Update
Just a little update not worthy of a version change. Here's what has been added/changed:

•Fancy Tsar portrait for Vladimir Romanov
•Germany can now do the Lobanov-Ribbentrop Pact with Vladimir, assuming Russia has not completed the "Defensive Alliance with France" focus. If Russia accepts the Pact, they will not be able to do that focus or any of its children focuses. You can still refuse the Pact and attempt to conquer all of Poland for yourself, but you will have to beat the Germans to it.

v2.2 Events Expansion

Finland
•New news events!

Russia
•Added some new country events and edited some of the already existing news events (To see how to trigger the country events, read below in the spoilers section).
•Changed many of the vanilla news events for the Soviet Union to work for Russia instead (such as taking Berlin or Tokyo). Text has been edited to account for Russia not necessarily being communist.
•Added decisions to core Ukraine, Belarus, and Finland for paths that do not gain cores via focus (except for Trotsky and Tsar Wrangel). Although these paths can now gain cores, it is more costly and takes longer than the paths that can gain them with national focuses.
•Added decisions to core Istanbul and change its name to either Tsargrad or Constantinople. This is only available to Anastasia, Tsar Wrangel, Vladimir Romanov, and Kolchak.
•Added decisions (exclusive to Anastasia's Beacon of Liberty tree) that allows Russia to purchase Alaska from the USA and to improve Alaska's industry.
•Added Kolchak as an admiral.
•New portraits for Pyotr Wrangel, Alexander Kolchak, Irakli Tsereteli, Vladimir Romanov, and Leon Trotsky.

Misc
•Removed generic manufacturers/designers for Russia and Finland.

Alliance of Kiev Event Chain
TL;DR A new event chain has been added for the members of the Pact of Petrograd to respond to Russian aggression. You are no longer forced into joining the Alliance of Kiev, there are several new options available to you. This event is only fired if the Russian player goes down Vladimir's, Stalin's, Kolchak's, or Kornilov's paths.

Ukraine options
•Can create the Alliance of Kiev and unlocks the option for other Pact members to join it.
•Can choose to neither create the Alliance of Kiev nor give concessions to Russia. This will likely lead to a defensive war with Russia.
•Can offer a monetary bribe to Russia to avoid war. If Russia accepts, they will receive a national spirit for 2 years that gives them -5% consumer goods, and Ukraine will gain a national spirit that gives a penalty to consumer goods and political power for 2 years.
•Can offer some territory to Russia to avoid war. If Russia accepts, they will gain several Ukrainian states. You must control the required states to choose this option.

Other Pact members options
•Can join the Alliance of Kiev and fight against Russia together.
•Can choose to neither join the Alliance of Kiev nor give concessions to Russia. This will likely lead to a defensive war with Russia.
•Can offer a monetary bribe to Russia to avoid war. If Russia accepts, they will receive a national spirit for 2 years that gives them -5% consumer goods, and the Pact member will gain a national spirit that gives a penalty to consumer goods and political power for 2 years.
•Can offer some territory to Russia to avoid war. If Russia accepts, they will gain several of the nation's states. You must control the required states to choose this option.

Russian response options
•Russia is able to accept concessions or refuse them. If they accept, they get the rewards listed above, they are forced to sign a non-aggression pact with the offering nation, and the Russian national focuses that cause Russia to declare war instantly will no longer target the offering nation. This means you cannot accept a concession and then immediately declare war anyways, you will have to wait for the non-aggression pact to expire.

How the AI handles the event chain
•The Russian AI will always accept concession offers.
•The Ukrainian AI will always create the Alliance of Kiev.
•The other Pact members AI will always join the Alliance of Kiev. If Ukraine is controlled by the Player and the Player chooses to not create the Alliance of Kiev, the AI will choose to not give concessions and will wait for war to be triggered by Russia.

New Russian events (spoilers)

The Second Attack of the Dead Men
You must be at war with Germany and Germany must control one of your owned state. If you're finding it easy to hold them back, you can form a fallback line around one of your smaller states and let them take it to fire the event.

Return to Port Arthur
You must be at war with Japan, Japan must own the state of Dalian, and you must control the state of Dalian.

Discovery of Majdanek
You must be at war with Germany and you must control the state of Lublin. Additionally, one of the two following cases must be true: 1) Poland does not exist (this is different from capitulation!) and Germany owns the state of Lublin. 2) Poland is at war with Germany and Poland has capitulated.

V2.1 Minor Finland Update

Finland
•Added decision under Imperial Affairs to integrate Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
•Added decision under Imperial Affairs to gain a national spirit that gives +10% non-core manpower.
•The Soviet event that is called when Finland goes communist should be completely removed now.

Russia
•Fixed Anastasia's flag.

Hotfix
-Fixed a bug where Tannu Tuva would be "in your faction" if the Alliance of Kiev event occurs. All traces of Tannu Tuva in Russia's code should now be removed.
-Fixed an issue where the colonial purchase events were not displaying the name of the colony you're purchasing.

A huge thanks to everyone who quickly reported these issues. I believe all game breaking bugs have now been addressed. There are still a couple issue I will continue looking into, such as the capital of the Swedish Empire starting as Helsinki, instead of Stockholm, and the exploit where you can simply change the names/compositions of divisions to give yourself free tanks or to keep your army at the start of the civil war. As for the last one, I'm not sure how much I'll be able to do, the tools for spawning/deleting divisions are very limited. All I can say is "just don't cheat", the civil war isn't really that difficult at all. I can't prevent players from using this exploit anymore than I can prevent them from using console commands to annex nations.

As for what's next (in no particular order), I'm going to be working on some slight changes to the colonial purchase decisions, basically making it so the AI considers the situation before deciding, rather than automatically saying yes to any purchase request. Also, I'm going to be working on a large event expansion for both Russia and Finland to add more lore and immersion. Finally, I'm going to be adding an event chain for when Russia goes down an expansionist path and attempts to annex the rest of the Pact of Petrograd, giving the players other options than automatically joining the Alliance of Kiev and fighting Russia. Possible options I'm thinking of including are 1) Refuse to join the Alliance of Kiev, but still fight against Russia and 2) offer concessions, such as land or consumer goods, in return for Russia giving up their claims against you. In the second case, Russia will have the option to refuse the offer and attack anyways, but the AI will be set to always accept the concessions offer.

Hotfix
-Fixed a bug that caused Russia to steal the Finnish focus tree after loading a game.
-Fixed the Swedo-Finnish Language Barrier removal mission to stop repeating infinitely.
-Fixed a bug where choosing the Communist Party Victory focus didn't remove the Growing Instability debuff.
