Hmm found a bug, it wasn't checking every grid. Patched. Also changed the command to see limits to be much more flexible: /gridlimits, /grids limit, !limit of grids etc. all work (must start with / or ! and have both 'grid' and 'limit' in there somewhere.)

Quick tweak forced by a clever printer build by FallOut(eX) where somehow a multiple rotor setup caused the code to count a rotor twice!!! Patched.

Changed damage mechanism to avoid shield mods protecting over-limit blocks.

Now transfers block authorship (PCU, block count) to new owner from old owner, even if the old owner was Nobody!
