Sent the grouping change to the server, kind of important for it to actually update.

Put a little padding on the right hand side for easier scrolling without tooltips bugging out.
Added a new config option to sort the turret list by group number. This is disabled by default because it adds quite a bit of lag when first opening the menu. The previous update was about fixing lag not bringing more, but enable it if you like.

Added a new key binding menu for the turrets.
Also added swap to crew on p, to prevent lag when opening p menu.
This can be disabled in the config.
