*fixed Dreadnought XL turret being invisible again (was a visible turret after the 2.6.1 update but needs to be invisible on the bow front)

*fixed Carrier sections mixed display of PD and Fighter strike craft => had to switch one fighter with one bomber slot to achieve a clear section description

*improved (decreased) speed of non player faction ships like tiyanki space whales dragons mining drones leviathans etc. to compensate for non-reduced speed during combat => event coding to reduce speed does not work for those ships so i had to find a workaround
