Updated for Rimworld 1.5

Changes:
- fixed outdoor beauty for Marshy Terrain
- added Ideology patch
- added Anomaly patch
- severely reduced ugliness of the sand, rock and slag rubble (pawns won't mind it too much now, especially if it is outdoors)

Preliminary update for Rimworld 1.4

Update to include backwards compatibility for 1.1 and 1.2 versions of Rimworld.

Updated to take into account new Outdoor Beauty system:
- beauty for plants and water should be properly used now, taking into account new Outdoor Beauty system;
- terrain outside varies in beauty now (in Vanilla it is zero all the time);
- marshes are ugly once again;
- chunks and stone blocks are more tolerable inside with -4 and -6 beauty (against -8 and -12 in Vanilla);
- some patches for other mods are fixed to work properly.

Lowered the beauty of plants from Vanilla Plants Expanded - Succulents from 11 to 9.

2) fixed patches for other 3 ReGrowth: Biomes of The Rim mods ("Biomes of The Rim" was taken out of mod names so patches were not working properly ever since)
3) added support for Vanilla Plants Expanded - Succulents
4) increased beauty of Anima tree from 8 to 12
