Added 3 more playable civs to the map: Austria, Poland, Assyria.
Added much more coastline, as opposed to deep sea, allowing easier travel between parts of the Mediterranean during the early eras.
Added more resources in various sections of the map, both luxury and strategic.
Slightly changed the starting positions of a couple city-states & civs.
Changed the map name from "Mediterranean Extended" to "Mediterranean Complete".

Redesigned the island of Cyprus, which now features copper.
Added copper to south-western Britain.
Added a couple more barbarian encampments.

Placed barbarian encampments by hand, as none were spawning before. Changed several tiles from plains to tundra near the Caucasus mountains.

Added True-Starting-Locations for 19 civs, as well as 22 city-states. Removed one "Cerro de Potosi" in Spain. Added, tweaked, and removed resources in some areas of the map. Fixed oil placement in the Atlantic.

Fixed values on strategic resources, as well as their placement, and have made some resources more common.

Replaced random resource generation with hand-placed resources. I noticed the resources were very sparce throughout the entirety of the map when randomly generated, which is quite boring an unenticing for expansion, especially exploratory expansion. Resources are now more accurate to the geography and landscape than they would be if random :)
