Fixed developer being lazy as sin
Fixed shadow being offset for some reason
Fixed internal storage being too small. Is now 60 instead of 5
Finally fixed the gas tank hover in the GUI causing it to move it for every single vehicle installed

Added a feature that lets users customize where it can spawn. They can all be enabled at once but none means it won't spawn.

Added a stopgap fix to engine durability

Also moved from farm spawns to military one and cut down its spawn rate at police stations by. A lot.
