- legions and immortals require 10 iron
- persian trade routes now max at 5 culture and 5 gold instead of 7
[GOVERNORS]
- liang's right promotions getting rehaul
- no amenities along with the housing per district/wonder
- prod goes on resources instead of per pop
[CIVS]
- poland relic for completing religion fixed with new beliefs
- china gets +1 all yields for each wonder it constructs
- cothon bonus for settlers/boats reduced to 25% from 50%
[IMPROVEMENTS]
- haciencendas cannot be built on hills
- kurgans can be built on hills
- missions cannot be built next to each other and no more housing at civil service
- great wall gets +1 prod per adj great wall
[CITY-STATES]
- nihang units from lahore get +10 per 1st encampment building instead of 15
- ngazargamu bonus reduced to 10% per encampment building instead of 20%
[PANTHEONS]
- sacred path gives +1 adj for forests instead of 1.5
- work ethic returned to bbg version (prod based on shrine/temple faith output)
[RELIGIONS]
- Holy Water now +10 to all units within a city's borders that follow your religion
