BBS v1.4.5

-- Refined 4 top tiles rebalancing
-- Updated costal routine from 57fan
-- Corrected the minor placement bug by moving it to the post unit placement stage on the script side
-- Avoid adding banana on 2:2 in the food correction stage (to avoid overloading the spawn) before the yield concentration step

-- Highland Maps are now correctly handled
-- Fixed an error: only one forbidden luxury (e.g. spice) would be removed
-- Spices, Cocoa, Sugar now have a much lower chance to be in your 3 rings
-- Wine, Truffles, Coffee, Silk and Fur now have a much lower chance to be in your 1 rings
-- Slightly tighten the radius of correction placement for non Desert/Tundra spawn
(e.g. a 2:2 if you are below average would be more likely to be added to your first 1 circle vs 2 circle)
