Chimera Beta 0-8-3

The Psionic has been passed over for balancing again this time, as that depends on just how I spec the Chimera Templar.

Based on the strawpoll results, the Inferno has been spawn disabled. This returns value to exo-suit research and addresses the diminishing return value on the Inferno as the game progresses.

NOTE: The Inferno can be re-enabled by a simple edit to XcomClassData.ini by the user.

This build features an experimental redesign of the Marksman to be more Agent 47. In short, the pistol is back. We may roll-back to the Holo Build if players feel like this is a downgrade.

Since the Holotargeter is no longer in use, Holo-Aim perks are now much more desirable. I did try out the Holo on the Support, but it made a very good class just a little too good.

INFERNO

- Has been disabled for balance. Users can re-enable if desired.
- Removed Inferno Clip (ironic) and Charred.
+ Gained Fyceline Rounds & Godwyn Pattern instead.
+ Removed Sociopath and granted Volatile Mix instead.

COMMANDO

- Removed Maul Rounds & Hex Bane.
- Removed Bleed For Me bullet art upgrade and Blitz! Knife dash upgrade.
+ Gains Sociopath so they can kill anyone who gets in the way of the mission.
+ Gains an emergency Inferno Clip instead and much later on, Charred.
+ Granted new Knife abilities: Serrated Fang, Straight Silver, Float Like A Butterfly.

MARKSMAN (Experimental build)

- Removed Holotargetting skills, access and Beatdown perks.
~ Renamed Recon tree to 'Agent'. Shuffled perks slightly.
+ Granted the Pistol as default secondary.
+ Added Pistol Perks: Return Fire, The Business, Clutch Shot, Face Off
+ Replaced Buckshot Round with Hammer Shot.

+ New Medishot ability at CPL. Ranged heal with a single charge.
+ Moved Ghost Grenade to MAJ

SHINOBI

~ Bugfix for accidental 5th row spawn.* Had to drop a default skill (Quickdraw).
~ Return Fire removed to make way for Quickdraw at CPL.
~ Implemented a new script solution to prevent bonus AWC perks from generating.

* Thanks to Erasels for pointing this glitch out. I hate that we have to waste a perk slot just so we can fire the damn vanilla pistol.
