Nspecial:
-Knoback scaling 0.5 > 0
-Hitbox Size now matches clock visuals better.
-Normal clock lifetime 60 > 120. Octave clock 120 > 180.
-Parrying the clock will throw it back at Liz in the air. It also causes parry stun both in the air and on the ground.

Fspecial:
-Hit one's hitbox size reduced.
-Fixed hitbox coming out a frame earlier for hit 2.

Ftilt and Dtilt:
-Changed hitbox sizes to better mach visuals.

Jab:
-Can now be teched.
-Can now be tilt canceled (only if it connects.)

-Fstrong:
-Knockback scaling 0.8 > 1.15.
-Angle 35 > 45.

Bug fixes:
-Fixed a bug where the opponent would freeze if Liz was hit during Fspecial.
-Fixed a bug where both the opponent and Liz would freeze if the opponent was frozen in time and Liz attempted to hit more than one opponent with Fspecial at the same time.
-Fspecial now works on multiple opponents instead of just one.

Liz mini rework update.

-Improved movement animations using an old abandoned Liz resprite I was working on, these animations have been ported to this version of Liz.
-Fixed Down special being jump cancellable after getting parried.
-New Neutral air animation and sound effect.
-Neutral air now has a custom gravity of 0.9 during its active frames. Endlag has a custom gravity of 0.9.
-Neutral air's second hitbox damage has been changed from 7 to 9. Rhythm version changed from 9 to 12.
Octave version changed from 15 to 18.
-Fixed Neutral air not getting improved stats if done to the beat.
-Neutral air's sour spot now deals 7 if done to the beat.
-Down tilt's animation improved.
-Down tilt's hspeed 8 > 9.
-Down tilt's ground friction 0.5 > 0.4.
-Down tilt's endlag 10 > 9.
-Brand new Dash attack.
-Liz's grounded speed increased slightly when she has 8 notes.
-New Up special animation and sound effect.
-Reworked Up special, looping hitboxes are now more consistent and it has a new hitbox right before the Up special ends.
-Up special's second hit can be triggered early by pressing special during the second window of the attack.
-Up air's first hitbox angle 70 > 85.
-New Back air animation.
-Back air landing lag 5 > 7.
-Back air startup 16 > 12.
-Back air hitbox lifetime 3 > 7, x position -20 > -60, width 65 > 70.
-Fixed Back air dealing the same damage when timed, it now deals 15, normal deals 10.
-Removed Back air's vspeed and hspeed values.
-Reworked hit FX.
-New victory theme.
-New portrait.
-Reworked Neutral special, if a timed Neutral special hits the opponent it will freeze them in place for 30 frames. An octave Neutral special will freeze them for 120 frames.
Liz can hit opponents while they are frozen in time, the opponent will go flying in the angle of the last attack that hit them once time is up.
-Neutral special clock stays out for 120 frames if done to the beat, it also stays in the ground instead of getting destroyed.
-Small improvements to Forward strong animation.
-Position of hitboxes adjusted for Forward strong.
-Fixed Forward strong's janky ahh hurtbox.
-All Forward strong hitboxes now have knockback scaling of 0.8.

NSPECIAL:

- Cooldown 20 > 50
- Clock now breaks when it hits the ground

FSPECIAL:

- Liz now has 4584858435 soft armor when opponents are grabbed (this is to prevent a bug where Liz would be hit out of it and the opponent would get softlocked)
- Launching angle changed from 90 > 120 to give it more mixup potential


USPECIAL:

- Melee hit damage 9 > 5
- Can now rotate left and right slightly
- Can no longer cancel out of pratfall with airdodge, but can cancel by hard pressing down sooner (still sends in pratfall, like Ori Uspecial)

-Some animations have been changed to have plasma in them so they are easier to see in
darker stages.
-Some movement animations have also been replaced with new ones.
-Fspecial has been replaced with a similar attack that has more killpower and range.
-New HFX for Bair, Dair and Dstrong.
-Dstrong base knockback 6 > 9, knockback scaling 6 > 9.
-Fixed a bug that made you lose your double jump after cancelling Uspecial
with an airdodge.
-Fixed a bug that prevented you from jump cancelling Dspecial if the rhythm meter
wasn't active.
-Updated Character Select Screen and Victory Screen portraits.
