fixed a typo in Spanish Empire name

changes:
- added cosmetic_tag ENE and translated it to Nordic Empire or Nordic Union depending on the countries ideology,
- Spanish (falangist) Empire will now be called Spanish Empire instead of just Spain... still not sure about this one though,
- Ostland will be called Ostland instead of the Baltic Union (Nordland is now in the mod, so Ostland as a country name is viable)

1.13 update
- few new cosmetic names simplified:
-- Norway under Trotsky will be called "Revolutionary Union"
-- kept simplified cosmetic names: Greater Finland, Greater Denmark, Greater Norway, Danish Empire, Danish Union, North Sea Empire, North Sea Union, Nordland (Sweden occupied by Germany), Finno-Russia.

Removed new cosmetic names to Italian puppets added in 1.12 for the majority of countries.

Removed all of the overlord naming of the major countries in Europe and Asia with only some instances of it remaining (for example Italian East Africa - where it actually makes sense to name it that way)

- Papal States (lett the name "Kingdom of God" when fascist)

- Sardinia-Piedmont ("Savoy" when fascist/democratic and "Sardinia" when communist)
- Two Sicilies (called "Naples-Sicily" when democratic or communist and "Parthenopean Republic" as fascist)


And all of their cosmetic tags - added "Greater Ethiopia", "Greater Italy" and "Italian Empire" under cosmetic tags to be used by the game.

Renamed fascist Austria from "Austria" to "German Austria".

Renamed non-aligned Germany from "Germany" to "German Empire".

"Revolutionary Poland" will now simply be called "Poland" in case where it stays revolutionary after the civil war and until the end of the game without ever changing to communist ideology.
