Lion Nerf - AOE of Finger of Death is now twice the area effected as vanilla Dota (instead of the radius being doubled).

Enchantress Buff - Scepter now effectively doubles the Enchantress attack range and cast range of Impetus to 1530 with Scepter (from 765 in vanilla Dota).

Tool Tips Fix. Scepter tool tips have been added to heroes that were missing them. You should now be able to see each hero's enhanced Scepter effects in the tool tips in the hero selection screen.

Sniper Nerf - Sniper's Scepter effect now doubles the area of effect of Assassinate (instead of doubling the radius).

Warlock Fix - Warlock was not summoning 4 golems per cast, so instead Warlock now summons 2 golems per cast with the Scepter but they are bigger, have twice the hit points and health regen, and hit twice as hard. Absolutely terrifying!

Scepter Stats Doubled - Aghanim's Scepter now gives +20 to all attributes (instead of +10) and +350 to health and mana (instead of +175).

Starting Courier Fix - you now start with a free courier.

Shadow Shaman Fix - Instead of summing 10 shadow wards that attack 4 units at a time, the ultimate now summons 20 shadow wards that attack 2 units at a time. The overall damage potential is the same, but it makes it easier for the Shadow Shaman to quickly focus something down, like a tower.

Invoker Fix - Scepter still gives +1 level to the abilities, but the values for each abilities are increased for each level - so effectively this is +2 levels versus vanilla Dota without a Scepter. Also increased the values of Quas, Wex and Exort by one level.

Clinkz was removed due to a bug that kept skeletons around even after their duration expired.

Timbersaw Nerf - 2nd Chakram Radius changed so that the area effected by the Chakram is doubled instead of the radius. (previous 2nd Chakram radius was increased from 200 to 400, Now 2nd Chakram radius increased from 200 to 283.)

Treant Nerf - Eyes In The Forest changed so that the area of effect is doubled instead of the radius of the effect. (previous Eyes radius was increased from 800 to 1600, now Eyes radius increased from 800 to 1132).

Respawn Timer is now at 100% (previous 70%) to allow more time for end game pushes when you teamwipe your opponent.

Tree Respawn Timer is now at 10 minutes.

Remove Centaur (Scepter upgrade was too underwhelming).
Remove IO (efforts to upgrade scepter effect to make IO passively spawn twice as many spirits did not work).

Zeus and Tiny Nerf - Area effected by the scepter abilities is now doubled instead of doubling the radius.
